Snow Day with Birds

Updated: Apr 1, 2019

Attracting birds is a great way to enjoy your garden in winter, and the activity can get extra lively on snowy days. Bird feeders provide valuable sustenance when other sources are hidden under a blanket of snow, and the birds are easier for us to observe against a snowy backdrop.

Adding native plantings is one of the best ways to attract more birds to your yard, and winter is an ideal time to plan landscape improvements.
